Known for thorough, step-by-step assessments and client-centred goal setting, Jay has a special interest in sports and occupational injuries. He pairs evidence-based manual therapy with an active, exercise-driven approach so clients rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence. George brings over five years of physiotherapy experience to Pierce Wellness, with a career that spans multiple countries and specialties. Before moving to Canada, he served as the Head of Physical Therapy in Kharkov, Ukraine, where he led a clinical team and refined his expertise across many modalities. George has also worked with professional sports teams in Germany, giving him a deep understanding of performance-driven rehabilitation.

Simon is a Registered Massage Therapist who went to school at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and graduated from the Ontario College of Health and Technology in 2020. Simon is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.

Having 4 years of experience, he has worked with a diverse range of clientele and caters to each person’s needs separately.

He is skilled in a variety of different types of massages such as Swedish, deep tissue, relaxation, fascial, sports, and trigger point releases. His main goal is to provide excellence in his treatments to achieve wellness.

Simons top two favorite massages to do are deep tissue and trigger point therapy and is a guru at getting out pesky knots and tension.

Simon’s favorite areas to treat are neck and shoulders as most of us carry our tension there.

When not providing treatments, he enjoys going for walks with his dogs, soaking up the sun and nature, going to the gym, playing videos games, movies, tv binging and planning vacations.
