Personal Training
Pierce Fitness Personal Training offers personalized coaching in a semi-private setting. You get the personalized program and care of one-on-one training, mixed with the energy and accountability of workout partners chasing their own specific goals. Our coaches tailor each workout to your individual goals while keeping the atmosphere fun, motivating, and supportive.
Whether your goal is fat loss, strength, mobility, or performance, you’ll receive expert guidance, evidence-based programming, and encouragement every step of the way, so you can push further, stay consistent, and see real results.
Group Fitness Classes
Our group classes are fun, strength-based workouts that not only build muscle and endurance but also drive fat loss by keeping your body moving and your heart rate up.
These sessions are built to build healthy muscle and burn calories, and are the perfect addition to any goal.
We keep these class sizes small: 12 people max, so you’re never just another face in the crowd and we can even make modifications based on level (for beginners or even pros!), or injury. Our coaches can keep an eye on your form, make sure you’re doing things correctly, and still push you to get a fun, challenging, and safe workout every single time.
